Household Wizard

Household Wizard is a personal and household finance app — accounts, transactions, budgets, reconciliation, reports, debt payoff planning, and net worth tracking.

Summary

Household Wizard is designed to collect nothing about you or your finances. All of your financial data is stored locally on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced only through your own private iCloud account. There is no account system and no server operated by us — we never see your balances, transactions, or any other data you enter.

What the app does on your device

• Financial data. Accounts, transactions, categories, payees, budgets, debt payoff details (interest rates and minimum payments you choose to enter), and net worth items are stored locally on your device. You can export or permanently delete all of it at any time from within the app.
• iCloud sync. If you're signed into iCloud, this data syncs across your own devices through your personal, private iCloud storage — the same kind of storage Apple provides for apps like Notes or Photos. It never passes through a server we operate. To keep your devices in step, iCloud uses Apple's push notification service to tell them a change is waiting; these are silent, come from Apple rather than from us, and carry no personal data. Household Wizard never shows you notifications or alerts of its own.
• Household Sharing (optional). If you choose to invite someone to your household, your ledger is shared directly with them through Apple's CloudKit sharing — a private connection between your iCloud account and theirs. We don't have access to shared data at any point. Once shared, every household member can see each transaction and who entered it (a name or initials derived from the CloudKit invitation each participant accepted), so it's clear who made each entry.
• Your name in the app. The "Welcome" greeting and "created by" attribution use a name from your iCloud account, looked up directly between your device and Apple's CloudKit service — we never see or store it. If that name isn't available, the app falls back to your device's own account name instead.
• App Lock (optional). If you turn this on in Settings, Household Wizard uses Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode — via Apple's on-device authentication — to require you to unlock the app after it's been in the background. This check happens entirely on your device; we never receive any biometric data, and Apple's Face ID/Touch ID data never leaves your device either.
• Debt Payoff (optional). If you enter interest rates and minimum payments for your liability accounts, Household Wizard calculates a suggested payoff order and payment allocation entirely on your device, from the numbers you enter. This is a calculator, not financial or credit advice — see our Terms of Use.
• Category suggestions. When choosing a category for a transaction, Household Wizard may suggest one based on patterns in your own past transactions for that payee. This runs entirely on your device using simple pattern-matching — no artificial intelligence or cloud service is involved, and nothing is sent anywhere to generate a suggestion.
• CSV import. When you import a CSV file from another finance app, the file is read and parsed entirely on your device. It's never uploaded anywhere.
• Backup and restore. Export Backup saves your data to a file you choose where to store; Import Backup reads a file you choose. Both happen entirely on your device using Apple's standard file picker — we never see the file.
• Purchase. Household Wizard is purchased once through the App Store — a single price for the full app, including Household Sharing, with no in-app purchases. Everyone in a shared household needs their own copy. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we do not receive your payment details.

What the app does not do

• It does not require an account or sign-in of ours.
• It does not operate a server or backend of any kind — your data lives in your own iCloud account, not ours.
• It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
• It does not sell or share your financial data with third parties, because we don't collect any of it in the first place.
• It does not use artificial intelligence or send your data to any cloud service for processing — every calculation and suggestion in the app runs entirely on your device.
• It does not provide investment, tax, financial, or debt-counseling advice — it's a tool for tracking and organizing your own data.

Children's privacy

Because Household Wizard collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or any other age. Household Wizard is a financial tool intended for adult use.

Trivia Huddle

Summary

Trivia Huddle shows ads, provided by Google AdMob, to support the free game — you can remove them with a one-time in-app purchase. Your game data (names, scores, saved games) stays on your device and is never collected by us. This section explains what AdMob does.

What the app does on your device

• Game data. Player names, scores, and in-progress games are saved locally on your device only, so you can resume a game later. This data never leaves your device and is deleted if you delete the app.
• Settings. A small number of preferences (such as sound on/off) are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard settings storage.

Advertising

Trivia Huddle is free to play and shows an ad, served by Google AdMob, after each round. If you'd rather not see ads, a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase turns them off permanently.

• The first time you play, iOS will ask whether Trivia Huddle can request tracking permission for ads. If you allow it, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. If you decline, you'll still see ads, just less targeted ones — either way, gameplay is identical.
• AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, general device information, and approximate location (derived from IP address) to serve and measure ads. We don't receive or store this information ourselves — it's handled directly between your device and Google.
• You can see Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and manage your ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com.

What the app does not do

• It does not require an account, sign-in, or age verification.
• It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.
• It does not collect or store your personal data on any server we operate — game data stays on your device, and advertising data is handled directly by Google as described above.

Children's privacy

Trivia Huddle is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the app serves ads, it is not intended for use by children under 13 without a parent or guardian's supervision.

JobsPaid

JobsPaid is a business-management app for solo and micro service businesses (cleaners, mobile detailers, dog groomers, handymen, and similar trades) to create quotes and invoices, get paid, track expenses, and document job photos.

Summary

JobsPaid is designed to collect nothing about you or your clients. All of your business data — clients, quotes, invoices, expenses, and job photos — is stored locally on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced only through your own private iCloud account. There is no account system and no server operated by us.

What the app does on your device

• Business data. Clients, quotes, invoices, and expenses are stored locally on your device. You can permanently delete all of it at any time from within the app.
• iCloud sync. If you're signed into iCloud, this data syncs across your own devices through your personal, private iCloud storage — the same kind of storage Apple provides for apps like Notes or Photos. It never passes through a server we operate.
• Camera and photo library. JobsPaid only asks for camera access when you tap to take a job or receipt photo, and only asks for photo library access when you choose to pick an existing photo. Photos are compressed and stored locally and in your own iCloud — never on a server we operate or any third-party image host.
• Job photo documentation. Photos you take of a job can be organized by job, annotated, paired as before/after comparisons, and compiled into a PDF photo report you can attach to an invoice or estimate. All of this happens on your device; photos are never analyzed by us or any AI service.
• Location tagging (optional, off by default). If you turn this on in Settings, new job photos are tagged with the location where they were taken, stored the same way as the photo itself — locally and in your own iCloud, never sent anywhere else. You can remove the location from any individual photo at any time, and turning the setting off stops any new tagging immediately.
• Saved line items and saved expenses. Reusable templates you create for common services or recurring costs, stored locally the same way as your other business data.
• Reminders. If you turn on overdue-invoice reminders, a local notification is generated and shown entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else to make this happen.
• Sending invoices, calling, and emailing clients. When you choose to send an invoice or estimate, or tap a client's phone number or email address, JobsPaid hands off to your own Phone, Mail, or Messages app on your device. JobsPaid does not place calls, send messages, or send anything itself, and has no server to route it through.
• Payment link. If you add a link to your own payment provider (for example, a Stripe Payment Link or a PayPal.me URL), JobsPaid only stores and displays that link on your invoices. It never processes a payment or sees your payment account.
• Subscription. Purchases and free trials are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We do not receive your payment details.

What the app does not do

• It does not use AI or cloud-based photo analysis of any kind — photos are never sent anywhere for processing.
