Terms of Use
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Blue Crest Creative, LLC ("we," "us") governing your use of our apps, available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using one of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Select an app above to view its app-specific terms.
Household Wizard
Household Wizard is a personal and household finance app. The general terms below apply, along with the purchase and sharing terms in this section.
Your data and your responsibility
All of your financial data is stored on your device and, if enabled, synced through your own private iCloud account — see our Privacy Policy for details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the accounts, transactions, budgets, debt payoff details, and other financial information you enter. Household Wizard is a tracking and organizing tool — it does not provide investment, tax, financial, or debt-counseling advice, and nothing in the app, including its Debt Payoff feature, should be treated as such.
Debt Payoff
Debt Payoff calculates a suggested order and payment allocation for paying down debt, based entirely on the interest rates, balances, and minimum payments you enter. It is a calculator, not a substitute for advice from a certified financial advisor or a nonprofit credit counselor, and we make no guarantee about its suggestions' suitability for your circumstances.
Purchases
- Household Wizard is a paid app, purchased once at download — a single price for the full app, including Household Sharing. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Current pricing is shown on its App Store listing.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple, not by us. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies — we don't have the ability to issue refunds ourselves.
- If you reinstall the app or use it on a new device signed into the same Apple ID, download it again from your App Store purchase history — you won't be charged a second time.
- Each person needs their own copy. A household share doesn't transfer or share a purchase: everyone you invite to a shared household needs to download Household Wizard from the App Store themselves.
Household Sharing
Sharing a household has no fee of its own, but each person you invite needs their own copy of Household Wizard from the App Store (see Purchases above). When you share your household with another person, they gain full read-and-write access to your shared ledger — they can view, add, edit, and delete accounts, transactions, budgets, and other shared data, the same as you can. You're responsible for choosing who you invite. Only the household's owner can stop sharing; doing so is immediate and permanent for participants, who lose access to the shared data at that point. We are not a party to, and have no visibility into, any shared household's data or its members' relationship with each other.
Importing data
Household Wizard can import data from a CSV file exported by another finance app. You are responsible for reviewing imported data for accuracy before relying on it — we are not responsible for errors in a source file you choose to import.
Backups are your responsibility
Household Wizard provides Export Backup and Import Backup so you can keep your own copy of your data. We strongly encourage exporting a backup periodically. We are not responsible for data loss, whether caused by device loss, iCloud account issues, app malfunction, or any other cause.
Trivia Huddle
Trivia Huddle is a free-to-play trivia game with no accounts. It shows ads and offers an optional one-time purchase to remove them — the general terms below apply, along with the purchase and advertising terms in this section.
Purchases
- Trivia Huddle offers one purchase: "Remove Ads," a one-time, non-consumable purchase — not a subscription, and not billed on any recurring basis. Current pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple, not by us. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies — we don't have the ability to issue refunds ourselves.
- If you reinstall the app or use it on a new device signed into the same Apple ID, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to restore your purchase.
Advertising
The free version of Trivia Huddle displays ads served by Google AdMob, which requires an internet connection to load. See our Privacy Policy for what data AdMob may collect to serve and measure ads.
JobsPaid
JobsPaid is a business-management tool for solo and micro service businesses. The general terms below apply, along with the subscription terms in this section.
The service
JobsPaid helps you create quotes and invoices, track expenses, and document job photos. All of your data is stored on your device and, if enabled, synced through your own private iCloud account — see our Privacy Policy for details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business information, invoices, quotes, and other content you create in the app, and for your relationships and transactions with your own clients.
Subscription, billing, and cancellation
- Certain features require a paid subscription, offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing plan. Current pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase (subject to any price changes Apple requires us to notify you of in advance).
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your iPhone's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or in the app under Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a subscription during the trial.
- All payments are processed by Apple, not by us. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies — we don't have the ability to issue refunds ourselves.
Payment links you add
Any payment link you add to your Business Profile (for example, a Stripe Payment Link or PayPal.me URL) is your own, created and controlled entirely by you outside the app. We never process, hold, or have access to funds from a payment made through your link, and we aren't a party to those transactions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use JobsPaid to store or transmit unlawful content, to reverse-engineer or resell the app, or to use it in any way that violates applicable law.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal or business use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — see our Privacy Policy for how your data is stored and synced.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Crest Creative, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of an app will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Blue Crest Creative, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
